Coffees that get their fruity sweetness from the bean itself, not from added flavours. Every coffee here is natural or semi-natural processed.
No infusions, no added flavourings. Just the coffee, the farm and the process.
- Natural: the coffee cherry is dried whole with the fruit still on the bean. Sweet, fruity and full-bodied.
- Anaerobic natural: fermented without oxygen, then dried in the cherry. Extra juicy and wine-like.
- Semi-natural (washed × natural): a blend of washed and natural lots. Balanced, clean and gently fruity.
