Across the United Arab Emirates, and to Oman, Kuwait and Qatar.
How much is delivery?
In the UAE, standard delivery is AED 30, and delivery is free on orders of AED 500 or more. Cash on delivery is AED 40. Oman is AED 70 per order; Kuwait and Qatar are priced by parcel weight. The exact charge is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
UAE orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days. In Dubai you can choose next-day delivery for AED 50.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, for eligible UAE orders.
Which coffees are Lamora's own?
ALMA, AMARA and LIA are Lamora Originals, roasted for us in small batches by our partner roaster. We also stock specialty coffees and flavored coffees from other roasters, and every product page names the roaster.
Can I return or exchange coffee?
For quality and hygiene reasons, opened or used coffee can't be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Can you grind the coffee for me?
Choose the grind option on the product page where one is offered. Otherwise the coffee is supplied as whole beans.
