How to brew (The Baristro guide) ·

Drip bag

• Set up: tear the bag open along the arrow line and hook the paper hangers onto the edges of your mug.
• Bloom: pour just enough hot water (about 20–30 ml) to soak all the grounds. Wait 20 seconds.
• Brew: slowly pour hot water in 2–3 rounds until you have about 150 ml of coffee. Remove the bag and enjoy straight away.
