How to brew

• Drip or pour-over: 15 g coffee to 250 ml water at 92–94°C.
• French press: 30 g to 500 ml water, steep for 4 minutes.
• Iced: brew at double strength straight over ice.

Tip: flavored coffees are lovely with milk, so try it as a latte or iced latte.
