Put on your kilt and break out the bagpipes for a truly exceptional cup of coffee! Spiced rum flavor with notes of butterscotch and caramel will have your inner Highlander gleaming with joy!

How to brew (Bones Coffee guide)

• Pour-over / drip: 1:16 ratio, about 15 g coffee to 250 ml water at around 93°C (200°F). Medium-coarse grind, 3–4 minutes.
• French press: 7–8 g coffee per 200 ml water (about 19 g to 500 ml) at around 90°C (195°F). Coarse grind; bloom 30 seconds, stir gently, steep 4 minutes, then press slowly.
• Cold brew: coarse grind, 1 cup coffee to 8 cups cold water (1 to 4 for a concentrate). Steep 12–24 hours in the fridge, strain, and serve over ice or with milk.
