How to brew

V60 / pour-over: 15 g coffee to 250 ml water at 92–94°C, about 3 minutes.
Iced filter: brew 15 g with 150 ml hot water straight over 100 g ice.
Espresso: 18 g in, about 36 g out in 25–30 seconds.

Brew ratio: 1:15
Bloom: 40g for 30–40 seconds
